A two-act play by Jane Millmore and William Van Zandt
Love, Sex, and the IRS ran from April 11 to 13, 2013 as a dinner theatre production hosted by the Porcupine Dante Club.
Set in 1970’s New York, two friends (and roommates), Leslie and John, are attempting to make it in the big city as musicians. As an accountant, John has helped Leslie to falsify his taxes, which results in a visit from Mr. Spinner of the IRS.
Pandemonium follows when the men are visited by their girlfriends, a prying landlord, and a meddlesome mother from Chicago.
The amusing antics of the cast of Love, Sex, and the IRS formed a memorable and hilarious production for a welcome audience.
